How to Vote on Artwork

Step 1

To access the voting area click on Vote on Artwork in your account. The Vote on Artwork button is circled in red in the image accompanying this text.

Step 2

After clicking on Vote on Artwork, you’ll be taken to a page like the one shown in the accompanying image. There you’ll find an empty ballot to fill in.

Click on Choose a Work, circled in red, for Choice 1 to open the artwork selection window and select your number 1 entry.

Step 3

On the artwork selection window you can browse and search all the artworks. Click on Choose This Work to select an artwork as your first choice.

Step 4

Click on the Back to Ballot button floating in the lower right corner of your screen or the x button at the top to return to the ballot form after making a choice. Both buttons are circled in red in the accompanying image.

Step 5

The title of your number 1 choice will be displayed on the ballot form. Click on the Choose a Work button for your second choice.

Repeat steps 2-5 until you’ve selected all your favorite works.

Step 6

Any artworks that you’ve already selected for another choice will say Already Chosen, as shown in the accompanying image. You won’t be able to select any artwork that is marked Already Chosen. To change a previous choice go back to your ballot an click on the Choose a Work button for that choice.

Step 7

You can save your progress at any time by clicking the Save Ballot button at the bottom of your ballot form.

Step 8

When you are ready to submit your ballot click on the Submit Ballot button at the bottom of your ballot form. Remember, submitting is final and cannot be undone.

Step 9

In the confirmation window, click on Submit Ballot to submit your ballot. If you’re not ready to submit and want to edit your ballot more, click on Cancel to dismiss the window.
