THE SHERIDAN PRIZE FOR ART

I have created the first ever regional art prize in the San Francisco Bay Area. This Prize gives out 73 cash awards in 12 categories of art and artist including LGBTQ+, Artists of Color, Women Artists, Incarcerated Artists and Immigrant Artists.  2 of the categories are democratically voted on by the participating artists and viewers.  The Prize is free to Incarcerated and indigent Artists. 

Created in 2021 the historic Sheridan Prize for Art is an annual event, giving lowcost access to ALL artists in the Bay Area.  https://www.sheridanprizeforart.com
